Will The Bumps On The New Born Baby Clear Out After Some Days?

My son was born last week. He was big and after he came out there were two large bumps on his head. The nurse said they were bigger than normal but should go down in a couple of weeks. I am in China and a bit skeptical on what they are saying. It has been a week and the bumps dont seem to have gone down at all. Are they right?

Is there history of forcep delivery?
Normally it is common after instrumental vaginal delivery. If it is so then you should not be worried about it. Or else meet pediatrician.
