Will The Eardrum After Sliding Return To Its Original Position Without Surgery?

Afer a small injury on the left cheek I feel like my left ear is blocked and my hearing capacity has also decreased . I also have occassional ear pain after that. Went to a ENT and he said eardrum has slidded deeper. Prescribed some antibiotics. Will my eardrum return to its original position without surgery?

There is nothing like sliding down or up....either there is perforation or no perforation? If big perforation so need tympanoplasty or if small will heal spontaneity in three to four wks. So wait and watch policy for one mth;
