Will The Fumes Of Restroom Cleaner Cause Swollen Eye Lid And Blurred Vision?
For the past two days at work I have been cleaning using chemicals like bleach, restroom cleaner and degrease and today i work up and my left eye lid is sloween and my vision is blurry.I do get styes very often but have not gotten one in a couple of weeks now.It hurts everytime i blink or touch around my eye.I have been putting warm compresses on it which have helped a little.Could it be that I got cleaner in my eye and thats why its sloween and hurts.

Chemical bleach falling in your eye can cause corneal erosion for erosive ness of chemical. It can cause allergic reaction. how ever for blurring vision refraction is tobedone. You need to clean your eye with fresh water several time. Can take levocetrizine 5mg tablet once daily. Cromal eye drop can be applied two times daily. hot compression is not required.In refraction if there is requirement proper correction can be given.
