Will The Intake Of Contraceptive Pills Worsen The Cysts?

Hi, im 29 years old, tried several contraceptive pills in the past, which increased my weight and made me very aggressive in my personality. Ive recently tried qlaira, but after 3 months was snappy and agrevated and had a horrendous headache, i came off and the effects dissappeared, ive tried mini pills which gave me continuous spotting, i also have polycyctic ovaries which give me pain. is it best to stay away from contraceptive pills in your oppinion? will they make the cysts worse?
