Will The Intake Of Drugs Affect One Who Walks A Long Distance?

Hi, we are walking from London - Paris for charity later this May. One of the people doing the walk currently does certain drugs for example weed and has recently taken E tablets. My worry is that his drug intake will rise. Is he still capable of doing our 165 mile/21 miles per day walk if he continues with his current level of drug use?
