Will The Knot And Indentation On My Cheek From Hitting A Nightstand Heal On Its Own After A Month?

I hit my cheek on the corner of the nightstand and it has left a knot under the skin and basically given me a dimple like indention. I’ve had X-rays and there is no fracture or calcification. It’s been about a month, will this knot and indention heal on its own? Thank you!
