Will The Lifting Of Heavy Weights Cause An Inguinal Hernia?
When I was 5 i had surgery for a double sided inguninal hernia, im now 18 and I have been doing a few ab machines at the gym. One of these machines that i use which works upper and lower abbs is a machine that is intense and I add a lot of weight, can this cause an inguinal hernia?
