Will The Pain In Lymph Node In Genital Area Lead To Miscarriage?

I have chromosome balanced translocation problem. So we decided that we will go for egg donor IVF technique in next month. But, today as my periods got delayed for 5 days, i tested and found that i am pregnant. Now the problem is that i am also having pain in right lymph node of genital area. Will it lead to miscarriage ? Earlier I had 2 miscarriage.
