Will The Pieces Of Sponge Foam Mattress Stay In His Sinus Or Will It Go Down His Throat?

My Grandson bit a few pieces of a sponge foam mattress off and put 2 pieces of it up his nose I was able to get them out with tweezers but it looked like there was one left way up inside but not for sure so I waited till he went to sleep and looked again if there was one left would it go down his throat or would it stay stuck in his sinuses?

It is likely to get stuck in his nose and get infected. please meet an ent doctor soon, so that the foam can be removed, please do not delay.
