Will The Pre Cum Cause Pregnancy?

Me and my boyfriend had sex on Saturday 7 2012. He told me right after that ge thinks he might have pre came but I have researched and there is no sperm in pre cum unless there is left over from previous ejaculation, he said he did jack off previous to me coming over but he peed between then and having sex. And I don't know it'd because I'm scaring myself but I feel a lump from the outside near my Fallopian tubes I believe and its scaring me. And lately I've been very gassy and I have to pee all the time. Could I be pregnant or is it too soon to tell. My period started on December 29 and ended Friday January 6th. The day before we had intercourse. Please help

You had sex after your periods... you doubt about precum....&scared about pregnancy
*chances of Pregnancy are very less.... with chances of precum being deposited in vagina...on 8th day of menses (only if the menstrual cycle is regular &24 days.)Such pregnancy can be confirmed after 8 days delay in menstrual cycle by home pregnancy test.
*The gassy feeling &frequent urination could be
sign of pregnancy/anxiety/a separate medical problem.
* The lump near fallopian tube... seen outside of the abdimen... could be impacted stool &gases.
**Your anxiety would be over after you have Home pregnancy test ..to exclude/confirm.
