Will The Presence Of Pre-seminal Fluid On The Hand Cause Pregnancy?

So, my boyfriend and I were messing around yesterday.. i gave him a hand job and he pre-cummed, he got it on his fingers then fingered me. I dont know how long it was till he fingered me, could've been 30 sec. or 1 min. or 2 or 3 or 4.. not 100% sure, but could this get me pregnant. Im obviously not feeling any symptoms, and i dont usually start me period till the end of the month. But, im really worried.. im only 15.
