Will The Shoulder Injury Heal Completely?

Hi, I had a shoulder injury about 5 years ago that I'm finally dealing with...A recent MRI-Arthrogram report says that I have a small linear tear in the superior aspect of the posterior glenoid labrum with an associated paralabral cyst. There is almost complete absence of the anterior glenoid labrum. There is a hill-sachs deformity How bad is my shoulder messed up? It's never felt better since I started doing these exercises a couple months ago - cheers, A
