Will The Splint Joint Placement Be The Same As Was Before?

hi , i got my finger injured 10 days back , it bruised and inflamation was there had an xray but nothing was found. had and inflamatory pills for 10 days but pain was still there, again went to another doctor xray was done and fracture showed up. splint was then made , the question is splint was tightened ten days after injury , will the placement of joint be exactly the same as was before
