Will The Stress Return Once I Discontinue Medication?

i am 36 years married woman,80kgs ,5ft 5inches. with a kid and normal family. a singer by proffesion a very happy go lucky woman but a hyper romantic and need love to sustain.relation with husband is soso.but no mental and physical link with him for past 8 years....i cant take this anymore. met someone.madly in love but he is flirting with me.so i need to come out of this. very stressed.a doctor friend advised nexito plus for a month..just started.,will the stress be back again after i stop the drug? i want a normal life.have no oral abuses..i want to be back to normalcy.how long to have the medicine?
