Will The Testicles Return To Normal After Stopping Cytoxan?
I had been taking Cytoxan for 6 months. During that time my testicles experienced atrophy. I lost about 30% of the volume of my testicles. Now that I am off Cytoxan, will my testicles return to their previous size. I am 49, 190 lbs, 6'. I was prescribed the Cytoxan as part of my treatment for Vascuitis.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you that testis once atrophied, will not regain their normal size.
The best thing to do is send the dose of Cytoxan you were taking.
Also, if you can attach a photograph of the present size of the testis, i can give you an expert opinion. Alternatively, a scrotal scan report is enough.
