Will The Uterus Need To Be Removed Due To Cervical Bleeding?

Hi doctor, I had a cesarean before 3 months. My doctor suggested cesarean, because my cervix was not healthy. The condition was touch on bleed. After doing a pap smear, doctor told, there are some abnormal cells on my cervix. Last week I had biopsy of my cervix. Cauterization was done & D&C of my uterus was also done. Will I have to remove my uterus? How much rest do I need If I had to? I have 3 small kids.
