Will The Vaginal Discharges With Acne Regulate Itself?

Excess white discharge with no distinctive smell or sense of itchiness, waves of acne breakouts (I usually have some acne before getting my period), last period started as dark brownish and lasted shorter than usual, my periods are usually regular (28 +/- 3 days). It has been about 34 days since that period. I haven t had intercourse in the above mentioned time. Have been under a great amount of stress. Will this regulate itself back to normal or should I seek medical attention?
