Will There Be Any Problem If I Didn T Take Trigestrel Tablet On Time? Will I Get Pregnant Due To This?

I ve been on the pill(trigestrel) for 2 and half years,started taking it when my doctor suggested I take cause my periods were on and off. I want to know is there an effect if you don t take your tablet at the same time?can you fall pregnant due to this?
