Will There Be Pain If Penis Gets Erected After The Frenulum Is Torn And Bleeding ?

I had sex with my girlfriend about 2 and a bit hours ago and i had trouble putting the old fella in i heard a poping noise and i realised my penis was bleeding i ran to the bathroom and realised it was bleeding a lot i realised that i had completely snapped my frenulum, all i want to know is if i get erected or go for pee does it cause any pain?
Need to know ASAP!

There would be associated with initially with urination as the urine passes over the tear. In terms of sexual activity, it would be best to abstain till the tear heals or it would prolong the healing process.

You need to keep the cut area clean by using a mild antiseptic soap or cleaning agent.
The use of topical antibiotic cream may help.
