Will Thyroid Issues During Pregnancy Affect The Foetus?

hi.. i'm Hasini. my weight 64 and height 5.3 ft... nw i'm 3 months pregnant lady... before my pregnant i didn't have thyroid pbm... but after getting pregnant my doctor told me to check TSH... it was 11%..so for these 3 months i took Thyronorm tablet, still i continue this tablets. My questions is if i follow my doctor's advise... then my child will grow normal? is there any pbm for my baby's brain
