one of my testicle was tilted down will it cause any problem?i am getting pain on my lower back part at some times ,will it leads to any problem in the future.plz help me

Dear Alley,
As long as you do not have severe pain in the testis or in the groin, don't worry. Back pain may be muscular pain and has nothing to do with the tilting of your testis.
