Hello I am going through acne problem so I went to a dermatologist and she performed some acne punching by needle something electro I don t know the correct name of procedure. So just want to know will this process leaves any kind of scar or is it safe...
I can understand your concern for the procedure done on your face after the eruption of acne. It is a common procedure to extract out the comedones which are either closed or open. In case if the black heads or white heads are not getting treated by simple medication then we dermatologist perform this procedure for the early improvement. I reassure you that there would not be any scars in case if the area is not touched or popped or pinched. It is quite common to get the area infected when one unnecessarily touches the area or try to pull the scab. Take further guidance from your doctor. All the best.
