Hi.. Welcome to HCM.
TRIGLYNASE (metformin +pioglitazone +Glimipiride) and METFORMIN are both and effective drugs against diabetes. But u never now without regular blood reports and checkups by your doctor. My advice to you is-
1.consult your doctor every 3 monthly with blood reports.
2 . blood reports include - FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report every 3 monthly.
3 . U should also know that diabetes affects kidneys, heart and eyes on Longterm;so periodically eye examinations, ecg And S. Creat for kidney is recommended strongly.
4 .Plz don't take medicines on your own, because requirements of medicines changed by time.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
