Will Undergoing Tonsils Surgery At 14 Possible And Safe?

Good evening doctor, My son is 14 years old.He is having tonsils problem.We are getting HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES from last 1 year and little bit better.However if he misses one week dose,he is getting infected the tonsils and getting serious throat pain,head ache and feverish. We want to go for the removal his tonsils.But we do have some doubts, 1. Can he go for the operation at the age of 14. 2.Is it true,if we go for operation at this teen age,Is there any chance of loss of voice.Is it true. 3.How much it will cost money for the entire process. 4.Can you sugest a good Doctor for the operation in KPHB area Hyderabad,india Thanking you.If possible please mail to: YYYY@YYYY Thank you once again.

yes it is possible at 14. if you are having symptoms then u have do the surgery at any age .if there are no symptoms u can avoid the surgery. no chance of change of voice.In metro like Hyderabad will cost around 30 thousand it may vary.
