Thank you for query.Unprotected intercourse with high risk partner has risk for transmission of STDs(many stds are present not just HIV).The chances of HIV is 1 in 200 to 1 in 2000. with a positive hiv person.the chances of HIV is less if she is negative.look for any symptoms like rash or discharge or burning or swelling in groin etc.Consult doctor for investigation .You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos and details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
