Will Using Primolut Cause The Ovulation Kit To Give A False Result?

Started primolut n to kick start period in order to use clomid. after two days of tablets (with 4 more days to go) i experienced ovulation pains and ewcm. home opk showed positive result that night so i stopped primolut. will the 2 days of primolut n give false result on ovulation predictor kit, or is it possible that i have ovulated?
