Hi,

Slendertone is an abdominal toning belt that slims your waist line acting like a corset. It does not burn any fat or calories. Long term use should be avoided. Excessive constriction of abdomen can be detected by the body as stress which may rarely cause early periods. Otherwise, there is no association between the belt and menstrual cycles.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
