Will Using Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream On Face To Treat Eczema Result In Paleness Of Skin?
Hi I used a small amount if my triamcinolone acetonide cream on my face for a sma patch of esczema. When I woke up that area was lighter than the rest of my skin. So I suppose bleached it. It's mildly hard to see. Will it go back to normal and how long will it take to return to normal?
You are using a topical steroid cream over the face. Its excessive application can surely cause lightening of the skin . You should take care not to apply it in the surrounding area. Apply it only over the lesion. Do not massage it too much. For the time being, apply only a moisturizer, stop the steroid cream Restart after a gap of a week. Take care to apply only over the lesion.
Take care,
