Hi, I'm 21 year old girl, i have wheatish complexion and i have pigmentation around my mouth and dark patches on the corners of my lips. A dermatologist recommended me to use Pure Vitamin C cream. Is it going to work effectively? Can I use Vitamin C on my lips too?
