Will Vaginal Bleeding Occur After Having Sexual Intercourse?

I am a 20 year old girl who is into the habit of fingering. Last week I fingered myself and I started bleeding. My question is that whether I will bleed when I will have actual sexual intercourse? If not, how can I fake bleeding for the first time?
