Will Visiting The Sauna Flush Out THC And Cannabinoids From Body So That Urine Tests Do Not Detect Them?
Hello Dr. Grief. I have a question about the body s natural detoxification process in relation to THC and Cannibanoids. If I follow a plan of visiting the sauna for an hour each day for 7 days, and working out daily, with a beginning body weight of 170 at a 6 0 height -- realistically -- how long would it take for my body to flush out the toxins to a level where they are no longer detectable for a urine test analysis?
I understand your concerns. There is no way you could get THC out of your system to the point where it is not detectable unless you get a hemodialysis to clear the THC out. Even then there is a slight chance of your being detected to have THC in your system. It usually takes about 2-5 months depending on the usage to get rid of THC from your system. The best way to deal with this is to get a quantitative analysis weekly (if this is for job reasons or for probation/parole) to prove that you have quit using marijuana. I hope this helps. Please consult a local psychiatrist for more help.
I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
