Will Wine Cause Upper Abdominal Pain?

Hi there, i have been having pain in my upper abdomen that feels like indigestion but it is more painful then the other time i have had indigestion. i am also having some back pain. i have taken gaviscon and it helps for a little while but soon comes back. i have had this since i woke up yesterday morning. i had a few glasses of wine the day before yesterday, not sure if thiat may be the cause

HI. It looks you have a pre-existing acidity problem, got exacerbated due to irritation that the wine causes. Continue gaviscon, Ranitidine , soft bland diet.
If the problem persists go for an upper GI endoscopy to see the exact problem.
