hi i m 34 ur old , unmarried girl,height 5.3 , vital stats 32-30-35. my weight is 45 kg. What would be the ideal stats for me? my arms and legs are thin but body below the breast area till stomach seems to be fatty nowa days. what can be the reason behind the same? i m doing yoga to cure this surya namaskar etc , will this improve the same?
hi welcome to hcm.see your weight should be ideal as compared to you height but your abdominal circumstances is ideal should be 26 its 30 so 4 inch extra.yes yoga and sury namaskar help you in it .avoid fatty and oily food.take more amount of fibrous food, plus drink plenty of fluids.in empty stomach after rising from bed take 1 glass of water lime in it which also help you.do cycling or tread meal which is best exercise.
