Winter Causing Discomfort. Face, Eyes Swollen, Stuffy, Painful Nose. How To Get Relief?
Hello doc! winter is causing some discomfort around my nose . when i wake up everyday since last week my face is swollen, nose stuffy and the top bone of my nose hurts !!.. my eyes are also swollen. and during night time if i cover my nose with a soft cloth or blanket it gives my nose way better feelings but i can t keep it during sleep, unknowingly i uncover my nose.. so i end up with a stuffy , painful nose and dry eyes .
