With Nausea,back Ache,dizziness And Mild Cramps,could I Be Pregnant?

Hi on Nov 21 I had a normal 4 day period a wkend brother my period starred for December unwashed having some symptoms of pregnancy tested negative. On the 21 of Dec,(expected period) I bled lightly for 2 days then stopped not normal for me on the 25th of Dec had a negative blood test but still have pregnancy symptoms an its now the 30th of Dec. I've been pregnant 4 times with 2 live births an I had my tubes tied in Feb 2012, could I b pregnant? Having nausea back ache food adversions my breasts feel different dizziness headache backache an mild cramps with no bleeding an a clear gooey looking discharge. I have no stds. No itching or burning, and frequent urination. Could I b pregnant?

The possibility of pregnancy is less in your case.
As:
-You have undergone tubectomy
-Blood test for pregnancy was negative

Scanty flow during periods is called hypomenorrhea.
That can be seen due to different conditions like anemia, hormonal imbalance etc.
The symptoms you are experiencing could also be due to hormonal imbalance.
So, consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound.
If she advices go for investigations like:
-Hemoglobin levels estimation
-Blood sugar
-Thyroid profile
-Prolactin levels estimation etc.
With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment with your doctor's advice.
