The flu bug has been going around the office and it s the flu with the respiratory and head cold not the puking and other end. I normally get migranes too but don t ever get the dizziness with the migranes. Any ideas

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

Migraines can be associated with dizziness at times.
You can take Paracetamol along with Domperidone for some relief.
If the pain persists, Ibuprofen along with Omeprazole will be helpful.

Following precautions will be helpful in preventing migraine attacks :-
1. Have adequate sleep at night.
2. Do not miss a meal.
3. Avoid smoking/alcohol, if any.
4. Avoid excess of dairy products.
5. Avoid mental or emotional stress.

Drink lots of water daily.
If the problem persists, get yourself clinically examined.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
