Women Fingered Herself, Then Massaged On Penis. Have Urinary Problems. Took Doxycycline. Neck Lymph Node Swollen. Contracted HIV?

During a massage, the woman fingered herself and then used that hand on my penis right away. I am worried that her vaginal fluid entered my urethra.
Several days after, I had urinary problems (weak urine stream, frequent urge) that resembled prostatitis. Took doxycycline for two weeks, had almost two weeks off and then started a second dose.
About six weeks after the massage, my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen. I am deathly afraid that I contracted HIV through all of this. I had a negative anitbody test at 28 days along with a negative RNA test. Everything I read is it has to be 3 months to be definitive. Plus since my glands didn't swell until 6 weeks, I am thinking that the test are not a good indication but I am not a doctor.
Please help me. This is driving me insane.

Transmission of HIV in the way mentioned by you is less likely if you do not have a wound over your penis. The viral load in very less to cause infection and you are not sure if she is HIV positive.
If you have got RNA test negative, be rest assured that you are not infected but still get the test repeated at 3 months once again.
The lymphnodes can be swollen due to many causes. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. There is possibility of spread of other STD infections like herpes, genital warts and syphilis which need to be tested for.
