Wondering If I Should Seek Medical Attention In Regards To

Wondering if i should seek medical attention in regards to an eye issue? Yesterday i have a blood vessel break in my eye, causing serious red eye. There's minor pain, no vision issues, and otherwise it seems fine. However, looking back at the last few weeks/months i have had less serious red eye in thesame eye. For no apparent reason the same eye gets iirritated frequently. I'm now wondering if there could/would be something to worry about and if i should visit my doctor? What do you think?
