I am having problems at work doing the night shift. I get severe headaches and sometimes end up vomiting my spacial awareness is really poor and I get quite emotional. I know it may be tiredness but I used to do night shift all the time but my new job does more hours. Im suffering from headaches at the moment and have momentary lapses in concentration like my brain shuts down for two seconds and starts up again do you know what this may be ?

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
It could be a migraine and they can start at any age. In case of headache Headset is a good tablet which has sumatriptan along with naproxen sodium to relieve the pain. Also the patient may require prophylactic medications such as propranolol and divalproex etc. You should try to relax yourself when ever there is such a headache and try resting in a dark room to feel better.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
