Worried About Achy Legs, I Drink Less Water

I have been an Anxiety sufferer for 3 years. And I worry over every little ache and pain. This week I am worried about my legs and blood clots. I am very prone to getting achy legs right before my monthly and I never drink water. Usually coke or tea. So there is all kinds of things it could be but I always zone in on the worst possible thing. Both legs are achy. I have no tender spots, nothing swollen, no warmth. No pain when I move them or walk. So Im just curious as to what it could be so I could put my mind at ease.

Think positive and develop self confidence by this you will develop tolerance to ignore uncomfortable problems.
It seems that you are reluctant about physical activity.
Go for running,walking,swimming etc.

Hi, if u r an anxiety sufferer, as u r admitting, in addition to following the diet and fluid recommendations already given to you, this can also be a manifestation of premenstrual dysphoric disorder or an exaggeration of anxiety disorder before mens. Because hormonal changes before mens do have relationship with psychological health (anxiety and depression). If, such is the case u need optimise the treatment for anxiety disorder. Byee..

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
You probably are experiencing the effects of fluid retention which usually occurs before you get your periods. Nothing to worry about. In case swelling develops, you may need to visit your Doctor. Take your Anti-anxiety pills on time as directed. Relax with deep breathing exercises. Eliminate junk food from your diet. Consume more of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
