Worried About Pregnancy Despite Having IUD?

im worried i might possibly be pregnant. i have an IUD. it was put in place after the loss of my first child. and i dont want to skip to conclusions, but there are some things happening to my body that arent a normal everyday thing. maybe im just too worried after the loss of my precious baby. but better be safe than sorry, right? could i get an opinion on my symptoms?

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
Just do a urine pregnancy test and see for results.
In case positive then get an ultrasound done because pregnancy with IUD in uterus is not a good sign.
