Worried For Migraine, Pins And Needles In Hand From Yasmin Contraceptive Pill

i am a 32 year old female slightly over weight but have lost 2 stone in the last 6 months i have stopped taking yasmin contraceptive 10 days ago as suffering from horrendous migraines i had a heamiplegic migraine in 1996 everything has been fine until last night my right shoulder to hand feels really heavy and numb with occasional pins and needles in the hand should i be worried as i thought it would wear off but hasnt
