Worried For Tingling Face And Fast Heartbeat After Watching TV

Hi I just got up from watching TV (pretty much all night) and my ears felt like they were plugging and then my heart beat got louder and louder and louder. So I sat on the floor and I got a tingling sensation in face (I usually get that when I'm in alot of pain) but I wasn't. Should I be worried?
