Would CBC Be Able To Detect The Mole On The Back?

i have recently had mole on my back sent out for biopsy. i have had a CBC blood work done 4 months ago that came back clear of any issues. without knowing the results of the biopsy, would the CBC been able to detect any issues at that point in time?

No CBC would not guide anything in this regard, you would need to wait for the results of the biopsy.
