Would L-arginine With Proanthocyanidins Or Yohimbine Prove Effective For Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi, I have heard L- Arginine taken in combination with proanthocyanidins or yohimbine has been used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction , I am currently taking L-arginine supplements and am thinking of combining this with a proanthocyanidins or yohimbine supplement,, which would you reccommend which combination will be best and safe and more effective, and what doses should i take daily..

Dear abzeedappaalom, As you have not mentioned your age E.D. is due to many reasons though the above mentioned drugs are being used in ED. cases give better results in certain cases, but self medication is harmful. as just for your knowledge yohimbine may give bleeding from urethra hence mt advice will be if are having ED consult a sexologist or urologist get know the cause and get properly treated don't go for over the counter , and advertised products.
