Would M2 Tone, Proactinal And Ferium Xt Help In Conception?
hi doctors team ,
i got married in feb'2011 . after that my wife menses cycles are irrefular. doctor recomended m2 tone and after that for last 5 months it was regular(30 days) .last month we visited doctor and she recomended that to conceive ,my wife should take fertyl 50 mg from 2 nd day of periods for 5 days which she had taken.,after that the period came for 45 days which is i beleive irregular again.Now doctor again recomments m2 tone syrup for 1 month ,fertly 50 mg for 5 days ,ferium xt(iron folic acid-15 days),proctinal for 15 days.All the test sonography,blood is normal except hemoglobin and proctane (minutely high).
My wife is crying daily and i am unable her to understand that we will surely have a baby and we need to continue medicine and beleive the GOD.
Dr.Please suggest ,should we take the recommended all the medicines(frtyle,m2,proactinal and ferium xt ) as we need to have a baby at any cost otherwise my wife will lose her inner control and i m afriad that she mite go to depression and do something wrong with her.

In the era of evidence based medicine you and your wife must undergo thorough investigation. Wife needs thyroid check up, prolactin level and ultrasonography for knowing the follicle size whether ovulating or not and conditions of tube whether patent or not. Whatever medicine you are taking are not based on the any test proof.
