Would Mifepristone Orally Followed By Misoprostol Vaginally At Intervals Lead To An Abortion?

Hello sir/madam
I have given mankind wanted kit to my wife. The pregnancy period around 46 days.I have given her Mifepriston 1tab orally and after 27 hrs 2 misopristole tab vaginally and after 5 hrs 2nd dose of misopristole vaginally. But after 7 hrs of 2nd dose..There is no bleedings at all. Please suggest me what to do

She needs a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs and also to confirm/exclude pregnancy.
