Would Mirtazapine Cause A Period Delay With Breast Tenderness And Discharge?

Hi. I have been started on mirtazipine 15mg. I have been on this about 7 week i had my period at the beginning as normal even though it was shorter. I now havent had a period and am 6 days overdue and also tender breasts and small amount of milky discharge from them. Would the mirtazipine cause this? As my partner has had a vasectomy
