Would Neurobion Forte Help More Than B-plex Forte To Deal With Ulcerative Colitis While Experiencing Weakness?

My wife has ulcerative colitis and was on Adalimumab injection until 9months ago when she developed some skin lesions on her legs and hands also a little on her body and on Acitretin tablets for the past 3 months as prescribed by her physician, she is feeling very weak recently, she's taking B-plex forte which gives her no relief, should she try neurobion forte instead, please suggest?
