Would A Tetanus Injection Cause Skin And Joints Inflammation To Flare?

I have dermatomyositis and Lupus I had to have a tetnauas shot because i was biten by my sister in laws dog who is current on shot but it break the skin in several places and very bruised on my arm and wrist. I got the shot since I am very prone to infection. I was trying to help my sister in law treat her dog for skin allergy and the dog bites his skin and it is bloody and has sores. I take nothing fot my disease since I have had 3 round of methatrexate and celcept which nearly killed me. my question is would the shot cause extreme flares in my inflammation in joints and skin. I am in extreme pain and skin is more inflammed then normal. Do you have any suggestions. I hate to take anything at all for pain. I do however take tumeric, lovaza, boswellia and I have had to take 2 aleve. I got yoga and walk to try to control pain and meditation.
